Two 2-hour classes on Saturday February 22 and Saturday February 29, 2020 from 10:00am-12:00pm. Participants will learn the value of yoga in preparing for birth and postpartum and be able to take these skills directly into the remainder of their pregnancy into birth and postpartum.
